Covert or Contraband items cannot exist used.
Items of a special quality (i.e. Souvenir or ★) cannot be used. StatTrak™ weapons are an exception.
Items that are of the highest rarity in their respective collection cannot be used. For example, the Restricted P2000 | Bister Fade from the Dust II Collection cannot be used, even though none of the in a higher place limits would restrict it.
